I'm Keenan Crane, an undergrad in C.S. at UIUC. As a young websurfer I struggled for a while to learn about graphics programming, and ended up getting most of my knowledge from dubious web pages and text files with bizarre names like, "The VGA Trainer Program by DENTHOR of Asphyxia." As twisted as these references were as an introduction to computer graphics, they were written in a way that allowed a kid with little math background and no programming skills to write some pretty cool looking graphics programs. Unfortunately, I also ended up with some pretty bizarre ideas about math... it turns out that sin(x) does not mean "sine times x!" My goal for this wiki is to write articles with the same kind of accessibility (but maybe with a little more correctness).
